Our steel shot is a superior mix of balls, pins, ball-cones
and cylinders. Just the right size and shapes for jewelry work. The mixture insures
maximum coverage of a wide variety of pieces. Hard, low carbon steel with a MIRROR BRIGHT
surface. Use this steel shot with our burnishing compound in your vibrating or rotary

Ceramic Media
Angle Cut Cylinders are Non Abrasive after breakin. Used as a
burnishing media on jewelry metals. Approximately 24 hour breakin period. The large size
is also used as a filler and carrier in tumbler loads of stone. Really speeds up the job
and leaves a super finish.

PRECISION MEDIA
Our Polishing (white) ceramic media is made of high aluminia
and contains no abrasives. It is used in conjunction with Burnishing Compound to burnish
metals. Or, use it with loose abrasives for deburring. These pins leave a high luster
finish and can be used in all types of finishing equipment. The super small sizes are
ideal for intricate jewelry finishing
jobs.

Use the Pink media for the initial cut down and light metal
removal. Aqua media produces very smooth finishes suitable for preplate (2RMS). Typically,
steel shot is used after the Aqua. For intricate parts, use pyramids with their many

PLASTIC MEDIA (POLYESTER)
Two different shapes that provide better finishes and
longer wear in high-energy mass finishing machines. Designed to remove the difficult
manufacturing process marks or lines, with absolutely no under haze. Use with burnishing
compound. The green colored media produces a very smooth finish of approximately 2RMS
(preplate). The red media is used in most standard applications for light metal removal.

Burnishing Compound
GREAT on both Silver and Gold! And...it's excellent
for cutting cycles too! "One compound for all your needs." High quality
burnishing and lubricating for bright surfaces. A little goes a long way. Starting
ratio is a heaping tablespoon to a gallon of water. Adjust if necessary. 5.95/lb.
